Vegan Brie

Ingredients
for three servings

1 cup  raw cashews (130 g)
½ cup  plain, nonsweet, non-dairy yoghourt (120 g)
½ cup  refined oil, molten (120 mL)
1 teaspoon biological process yeast
1 teaspoon  salt
1 cup  water (240 mL)
2 tablespoons food product flour
1 teaspoon gum flakes

Preparation
Bring a medium cooking pan full of water to a boil. Add the cashews and boil for half-hour, then drain.
Add the stewed cashews, yogurt, oil, biological process yeast, salt, and water to a liquidizer. mix till swish.
Transfer the “brie” mixture to an outsized bowl, cowl with a room towel, and let sit at temperature, or between 72º-90ºF (22˚-32˚C), for 12-16 hours.
Transfer the mixture to an outsized cooking pan over medium-high heat and add food product flour and agar agar flakes. Cook, whisking perpetually, till the mixture is thick and pulls faraway from the perimeters of the pan, concerning five minutes.
Line associate 8-inch (20-cm) spherical baking dish with gauze and pour within the hot cheese mixture. cowl with the gauze. Let cool within the white goods till firm, 4-8 hours.
Remove the gauze. Eat quickly or place the cheese on a wire rack and refrigerate for up to thirty six hours (cheese can become drier the longer it waits).
Store within the white goods for up to four days.
